Creative – Graphic Design, Layout and Copy - Our work and its creators have been recognized by numerous advertising agencies locally and nationally and have established Ebonetworks as a sharp, versatile and imaginative agency. Our distinctive campaigns deliver quantifiable results and all aspects of the creative department interlock to create an integrated dynamic.

EBONetworks produces all design, layout, and copywriting or concept development in house. We have a highly skilled and experienced creative staff of full-time writers, art directors, and layout artists.

Our creative team currently runs workstations that access a central 460-gigabyte server. Our in-house printing capabilities include a Tektronic 780 Graphics Color Laser (prints up to 13” x 19” proofs); an Aficio B/W Coper/Laser Printer (prints up tp 11” x 17” proofs); Xerox Phaser 8400 color laser (prints up to 11” x 14” proofs); and five additional B/W laser printers.

Production Management - Great Production is usually judged by the quality of the final product: its design, the quality of the photography, and print production. At EBONetworks, we go further. We measure great production against our client’s objectives and our mission statement. For us, great production means delivering the job on time and within budget. We try to exceed our client’s expectations in regards to service and return on investment. To accomplish this, we maintain the highest standards of in-house capabilities and facilities. EBONetworks continues to attract the best and brightest media professionals. Our media buyers are seasoned negotiators who are tough but fair and well respected in the industry. The media team consists of a dedicated support staff to handle administrative functions, thereby allowing senior buyers to concentrate on media strategy, client relations and negotiations.

EBONetworks media staff members have attended the numerous seminars and training to improve analytical and negotiation skills. Our media department is also frequently represented at annual media conferences and trade shows to keep current on the latest industry trends and research methods. Scarborough measures more than 1,200 products and services across 20 categories. This detailed consumer information allows for a better understanding of consumer dynamics leading to strategic media recommendations.

Strata media buying software- Strata Marketing provides premiere software for the media industry. Strata allows for in-depth pre-buy and post-buy analysis. This software allows buyers to analyze television and radio media schedules with a series of powerful research and scheduling spreadsheets to optimize reach and frequency, as well as cost efficiencies. An additional benefit to Strata, when compared to other software systems, is the ability to report multi-media reach and frequency, allowing buyers to combine television, radio, and print media to show total audience statistics such as reach, frequency, gross rating points (GRPs), cost per points (CPP), and other data.

Media Market Guide - This guide book contains quarterly cost projections for spot television, cable, spot radio, newspapers, magazines and outdoor. MMG results in time saved for buyers through its comprehensive data utilized for estimating costs and negotiating media campaigns in U.S. media markets.

Nielsen Ratings- Nielsen provides television ratings in more than 40 countries world-wide. Television audience estimates are released approximately once per quarter for broadcast and cable networks. The most updated Nielsen ratings are consistently utilized by Zehnder communications to ensure the most effective and efficient media schedules for our clients.

Arbitron Ratings- Arbitron is an international media and marketing research firm providing local radio ratings for more than 200 media markets in the United States. These radio ratings allow our buyers to strategically choose the most targeted radio stations and day parts for our clients through analysis of demographic information such as age and gender.

Media Audit -This multimedia qualitative audience survey conveys over 450 target items such as socioeconomic characteristics, lifestyles, business decision makers, product purchasing plans, retail shopping habits, travel history, brands purchased, leisure activities, and other selected consumer characteristics.

Lexis-Nexis – EBONetworks subscribes to this online research site to gather and analyze information relevant to our marketing efforts. Capabilities include:

Video, Radio, and Other Media Production

On our client’s behalf we manage all audio and video projects from concept through distribution and delivery, with several experienced broadcast producers. Full motion digital video production, motion graphics, and computer generated animation services are offered in-house and are commonly used to create a television spot from the rough concept stage entirely through post-production.

For larger scope film, video and radio projects, we usually subcontract highly qualified and reputable film, video and audio production companies throughout the region. EBONetworks gathers competitive bids and makes recommendations to our clients based on quality and cost efficiency. We then develop concepts fully and oversee production.
